  • USSOCOM: SOF PREP Open or Close
    For Special Operations Forces Planning, Rehearsal, and Execution Preparation (SOF PREP), a program under the U.S. Special Operations Command (USSOCOM), Compass Point develops immersive training practices in support of the Special Operations Warfighter, including 3D Scene Visualization Databases and Enhanced Geospatial Intelligence data (maps, imagery, and terrain data) in support of SOF operations planning, rehearsal, and execution. We increase SOF’s readiness, survivability, and lethality by allowing SOF to see the operational environment and rehearse assigned missions prior to execution using a realistic interpretation of the actual environment and threats they will face.
  • USSOCOM: Consolidated Service Desk Open or Close
    For the USSOCOM Consolidated Service Desk (CSD), Compass Point delivers comprehensive customer support to ensure efficient resolution of issues with applications and technologies. Our team provides a single, customer-focused point of contact, enhancing service response times, end-to-end issue tracking, and knowledge resource accessibility. We support critical CSD functions, including customer relationship management, skills-based call routing, incident and problem management, and quality control. Additionally, we manage Service Level Agreements (SLAs), provide advanced self-help tools, and support hardware/software deployment, including unique GOTS and COTS applications, to optimize service delivery and customer satisfaction.
  • USSOCOM: J3 Open or Close
    For the USSOCOM J3 Joint Training and Education (J3-T&E) Division, Compass Point provides vital information systems, analytical, and technical support across 7 CONUS and 3 OCONUS locations, including MacDill Air Force Base and Korea. The contract has grown from 48 to 74 FTEs, reflecting Compass Point’s success. J3-T&E delivers training, education, and assessment solutions, supporting training requirements validation, plan development, systems technical support, and program coordination. Our team supports key initiatives such as the Special Operations Training and Assessment Program, SOF education and language skills, modeling and simulation, technical writing, and emerging training systems development.
  • AFSOC MC-12 Aircrew Instruction Support Open or Close
    For the Air Force Special Operations Command (AFSOC) MC-12 Aircrew Instruction Support program, RiverTech delivers comprehensive training and operational support for the 137th Special Operations Wing (SOW) at Will Rogers Air National Guard Base. This includes contract instructors, scheduling, registrar services, and Mission Rehearsal Trainer (MRT) support. RiverTech's team comprises highly qualified personnel with clearances tailored to mission requirements, including MC-12 Instructor Pilots (Top Secret), Instructor Combat System Operators (Top Secret), MRT specialists (Secret), and dedicated scheduling and registrar staff. Together, these experts ensure seamless execution of training operations critical to AFSOC readiness and mission success.
  • USSOCOM: SOF GLSS Open or Close
    Since 2010, Akima Technical Solutions (ATS) has been a subcontractor to Lockheed Martin on the SOF Global Logistics Support Services (SOF GLSS) program, providing ground-based and aviation support to Special Operations Forces worldwide. Our ground-based services include logistics for 7 Special Forces Groups across multiple locations, including Germany, Africa, and Japan, and tasks such as vehicle maintenance, parachute packing, and property accountability. Our aviation support includes aircraft maintenance and inspections at Yuma Proving Grounds (AZ), Fort Liberty (NC), and US Coast Guard Air Station (NC), covering C-27J Spartans, CASA 212s, UH-60 Blackhawks, and a C-12 Huron. These efforts ensure mission readiness globally.
  • USSOCOM: J4 DPAS Open or Close
    Akima Facilities Operations supports the SOCOM J4 Defense Property Accountability System (DPAS) contract by providing personnel, management, and training to implement the Inventory Control Point (ICP) for MFP-11 funded materiel. As the DoD’s authorized Accountable Property System of Record, DPAS ensures compliance with federal audit and accountability laws. Based in Tampa, FL, with additional functions at SOFSA in Lexington, KY, Akima’s services include task order management, property compliance, warehouse operations, material handling, and supply chain support for Special Operations Forces.
  • SOF Training Aids, Devices, Simulators, and Simulation (TEAMS) – 160th SOAR(A) Open or Close
    For the SOF Training Aids, Devices, Simulators, and Simulation (TADSS) program supporting the 160th Special Operations Aviation Regiment (Airborne) [SOAR(A)], Pinnacle Solutions delivers operational and engineering support at Ft. Campbell, KY. This includes maintaining and managing TADSS systems, as well as providing advanced engineering services encompassing software, hardware, network, and IT support. Pinnacle ensures interoperability, information assurance in a classified environment, and infrastructure management to support the regiment’s specialized training and operational needs.
  • AFSOC: CV-22 Functional Check Flight (FCF) Open or Close
    From 2013 to 2022, Pinnacle Solutions supported the USAF 352d Special Operations Wing (SOW) at RAF Mildenhall, UK, under the CV-22 Functional Check Flight (FCF) contract. Services included FCFs, Operational Check Flights (OCFs), flight tests, ferry and recovery flights, ground runs, and flight instruction. Pinnacle’s Instructor Pilots and Flight Engineers operated primarily at RAF Mildenhall but also supported CONUS and OCONUS locations, conducting about 70 FCF events annually for nine aircraft under U.S. Special Operations Command (USSOCOM).
  • USSOCOM / AFSOC: SOF Contractor Logistics Support Services (CLSS) and Global Logistics Support Services (GLSS) Open or Close
    Pinnacle Solutions supports U.S. Special Operations Command (SOCOM) and Air Force Special Operations Command (AFSOC) through comprehensive technical manual development and sustainment services to facilitate vehicle and equipment modifications. For AFSOC, Pinnacle updated AC-130J technical orders to reflect newly installed equipment and Engineering Change Notices (ECNs). Additionally, Pinnacle provides technical publications support for the Family of Special Operations Vehicles (FOSOV) program office, ensuring accurate and up-to-date documentation to enhance operational effectiveness.
  • USASOC: Life Cycle Contractor Support – 160th SOAR(A) Open or Close
    Since 2010, Pinnacle Solutions has provided Life Cycle Contractor Support for the 160th Special Operations Aviation Regiment (Airborne) [SOAR(A)], focusing on the modification and development of technical publications for A/MH-6, MH-47G, and MH-60 aircraft. Pinnacle has developed and converted three technical manuals (TMs) in the S1000D format for these aircraft and has consistently updated and provided change data for all three platforms since 2014, ensuring accurate and up-to-date documentation to support 160th SOAR(A) operations.
  • US CENTCOM: Operations, Maintenance, & Defense of Army Communications - Southwest Asia and Central Asia (OMDAC-SWACA) Open or Close

    OMDAC-SWACA (Operations, Maintenance, & Defense of Army Communications - Southwest Asia and Central Asia) supports the Army Operational Base Communications Information Systems and infrastructure in support of United States Army Regional Cyber Center Southwest Asia (USARCC-SWA) and U.S. Central Command (US CENTCOM) Area of Operations. The contract is the follow on contract to TAC-SWACAA (Total Army Communications - Southwest Asia, Central Asia, and Africa) that supports the 160th Signal Brigade and its subordinate battalions' mission in support of the U.S. Army Forces, US Central (ARCENT) and U.S. Central Command (CENTCOM) mission for their areas of responsibility. This contract is Primed by Vectrus and covers Kuwait, Jordan, and Qatar.  Fiver Rivers Services is a subcontractor to Vectrus and provides 48 Secret cleared and DoD 8570 Compliant Service Desk, ADPE (Automated Data Processing Equipment) Technician, Systems Administrator, Network Administrator, and Watch Officer personnel in Kuwait, Qatar, and Jordan.  The possibility exists that the 160th Signal Brigade mission could expand into other Southwest Asia or Central Asia locations.
