Paid Time Off (PTO)
Vacation is received as an allotment once a year on or after your contract service anniversary date. The allotment amount is determined based on tenure. For CBA employees, paid leave is determined by the terms of the collective bargaining agreement.

Determined by Wage Determination for SCA/DBA, and Collective Bargaining Agreement for CBA.
Other Paid Leave

Benefit Enrollment & Administration
The administration of your benefits is managed by our trusted partner, CBIZ. Visit akima.cbizenroll.com.
Please Note:
- Your benefits are effective the 1st of the month following your date of hire. If you are hired on the 1st of the month, your benefits are effective on that day.
- You'll have a 30-day window from your date of hire to enroll in the offered benefit plans.
- You are automatically enrolled in the medical plan at the employee-only coverage level, retroactive to your effective date.
- To waive coverage, you must provide proof of enrollment in another group plan coverage, such as your spouse's employer plan, TriCare, or a Government retiree plan, AND complete an affirmation of coverage.
- Please note that benefits are subject to the terms and conditions of your collective bargaining agreement and/or contract, if applicable.
